  3. I have just uploaded two files onto Johans and Bertrands FTP sites,
  4. they are located at :

  13. Well thats where I put them !

  16. Anyway the two files are the complete Heretic shareware distribution
  17. files. They have been installed onto a PC, then simply ARJed straight
  18. away.
  19. To run on a PC unARJ the files and run SETUP.EXE, answer the prompts
  20. on your system and you're away !
  21. Otherwise use ARJ.996 on your Atari !

  23. BTW Atari ARJ is f*%#ing excellent ! Just drag the .ARJ file to
  24. the UNARJ program and off it goes. Also if you stop after the
  25. first ARJ file you can return later and carry on with the next .A01
  26. file as it knows what file and place to continue with !!!

  30. The uploading doesn't contravene the iD game licence.
  31.  
  32. The licence does not stipulate anything against re-archiving, the
  33. software at any point.

  35. It does say that for electronic distribution the software, Heretic,
  36. must be in compressed form ! Which of course it is.
  37.  
  38. I haven't re-ARJed Hexen as it possible doesn't work with Bad Mood
  39. yet, and according to Doug the Heretic WAD is superior to the Doom
  40. WADs, which I'll have to agree.

  44. If you want the archive via snail mail, send me 3 disks full of
  45. choice, rare (!) software/images/mpegs (?) to me 
  46. (Hey! only PD/Shareware stuff please) at :
